We stand behind our work. every order includes revisions, and we don't consider a project closed until you're satisfied. If after using your included revisions the delivery genuinely doesn't meet the agreed brief, we'll discuss it and make it right. We don't issue refunds on completed work where the brief was followed and revisions were provided. the nature of custom audio services means the work is already done. The best way to protect both sides is to be detailed in your brief upfront and use the reference track field. the closer we are aligned before we start, the better the first delivery.
Yes. this is actually one of the most common scenarios. Most artists have a working mix they're somewhat happy with but know it needs professional treatment. When you send stems or a mix for us to work on, we start from scratch with the raw tracks, not from your bounce. That's how we ensure our analog processing decisions are applied properly. not on top of decisions that were already made. The result is a cleaner, more open mix. If you only want mastering applied to your existing mix file, use the Single Track Mastering service and send your final bounce.
