Studio Services & Digital Products
Recording sessions, mixing, mastering, design services, and all other digital deliverables are fulfilled digitally. there is nothing to ship. Digital files are delivered via email or a secure download link within the turnaround time specified in the product listing.
Apparel & Physical Merchandise
All clothing and apparel items are printed on-demand and fulfilled by our print partner. Production typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- United States: 5-8 business days (Standard) · 2-3 business days (Expedited)
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping Rates:
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99
- Standard U.S. shipping: $5.99 on orders under $99
- Expedited U.S. shipping: $14.99
- International rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the shipment confirmation is sent.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be charged upon delivery. M3 Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. M3 Studios is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
